The Sparkle Points Rewards Program is open to registered customers and guests. Every customer—including guests—can earn points, refer friends, and participate in incentives. Customers will need to create a store account to access their rewards.
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts with no activity for 12 months may have their points forfeited.
Sparkles & Lace Boutique may determine at any time that points cannot be earned or redeemed on certain merchandise, including gift cards, taxes, or shipping costs.
Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Sparkles & Lace Boutique reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. Changes to point values, earning methods, and redemption offers will be communicated on our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their account information is up to date. Sparkles & Lace Boutique is not responsible for unclaimed rewards due to outdated information.
Any fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts, manipulating the system, or abusing referral rewards, will result in the immediate forfeiture of points and possible suspension from the program.
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, return due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the customer’s account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. If customer’s point balance has been depleted before a return is made and processed, the customer’s account may go negative in points to account for the deduction of points for the returned or refunded product that earned the points.
